Privacy

Partwren is operated by LUZAURA, LDA, NIF 518676161, Quarteira, Portugal. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: desk@partwren.com.

What we collect and why

When you ask us to check a quote: your name, email, phone, your car (plate, VIN, make, model, year), the part, your garage's name, address and quoted price, and any photo you upload. We use them to find your part, send you options, arrange delivery to your garage, and keep the records the law requires. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then the contract itself.

When a garage uses the Sourcing desk: the account holder's name and email, and the jobs they create, including their customer's name if they add it.

Who we share it with

The seller you choose receives what they need to sell and ship to you (your name, your garage's address, the part). Your garage receives the fit pack. Our email and card payment providers process data for us under contract. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Requests that end without an order: 12 months. Orders: as long as tax and consumer law require (up to 10 years for invoices). Photos: deleted 12 months after delivery.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to desk@partwren.com. You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Cookies and counting visits

We do not use advertising cookies or any outside analytics or consent service. The only cookie we set is the sign-in cookie for desk and garage accounts. Your privacy choice is kept in your own browser (local storage), not in a cookie.

If you press Accept on our privacy banner, we count your visit with our own counter: the page, the site that sent you and any campaign tag in the link, your language, and steps such as starting a quote check. We do not keep your IP address. To count one visit per day we combine your IP address and browser name with a random value that changes every day and is then deleted, and keep only the result, so we cannot recognise you on another day or trace a visit back to you. The legal basis is your consent. If you press Essential only, nothing is counted. You can change your choice at any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page.

Reminder emails (a warranty reminder before it ends, and one request for feedback after delivery) carry a link to stop them. Emails about an order in progress always come.
